Who we are

What we collect

Email address— only if you join the waitlist, with your express consent (the checkbox on our form). We use double opt-in: you're only added to our list after clicking the confirmation link we email you. We record the time of your consent as proof of opt-in.

Anonymous usage analytics — we use PostHog (hosted in the United States) to understand page performance and visits: pages viewed, country (derived from IP), browser type, and web performance timings. Analytics runs without cookies and stores nothing on your device. We do not link analytics data to your email address.

How we use it

Your email is used solely to send Sovox launch updates. Analytics are used solely to improve this page. We don't sell or share your data for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery and list storage, US), and PostHog (analytics, US). Each processes data on our behalf under their own data protection terms.

Unsubscribing & your rights

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link, honored promptly (within 5 business days at most). You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing hi@punchyapps.com. We keep waitlist emails until launch or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.
